    Report totals not showing

    First time post

Something weird is going on I suspect?
My report is not showing totals in group footer or report footer. It's blank. However, when I click on the spot where the total is supposed to display it appears. I have several groups and if I click on three group sums they appear but when I click on the 4th group total is appears but an earlier one drops off.

Can someone please help with this issue. any input is greatly appreciated
    Thanks in advance

Not enough information. How are the fields calculated, in vba or on the Report itself? Maybe if you could show a screenshot in design mode of the Report and also show what and where the code is for those fields.

    Thanks for responding.
The fields are calculated on the report itself. I am also running Access 2013. I remember importing the 2010 db into 2013 and that might be the problem. The report never had this problem before. When I open the d b in 2013 the report acts the same way. I'm not sure what to do now. Really aggravating.....

I should also say that both versions of access are 32 bit and not 64

Try rebuilding the report in Access 2013.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.

Have the same problem, started this morning.

Totals show in 2007 and 2010 but not in 2013.

    The totals do print though...weird

FYI - Rebooting the computers running 2013 now displays the totals

    Very weird.

I suspect that a Windows Update (KB update) may be the offender but haven't confirmed)

    I hope this helps
