Report not page breaking on grouping

I have attached a sanitized DB with my tables, query and report. The report has two groupings and one sort. The first grouping is inconsequential since I will never print all campuses at the same time, which is why there is a request for the campus code (*1 thru *6). It is the second grouping for Room-Session that is my issue. I have set it up to keep the group together on one page, but in some cases more than one grouping will appear on the same page. What am I not doing correctly?

I've never seen a report with a group set and both its header and footer not displayed. Never would have thought of that.

If you want to force new page after each group, add the group Footer section and set its ForceNewPage property to Yes.

BTW, should avoid spaces and special characters/punctuation (underscore is exception) in naming convention. The hyphen can cause issues.
