Im new to this forum and know the basics of Access.
Ive been asked to design and create a basic database on access. work at a college and the database will be used to store data unique to our dept..nothing too complicated. The templates i have come across are too complicated for what we need...hoping for a pay rise....lol...The database must allow users to;
-Input student data
- search for customers using national insurance numbers and then display in a form view
- filter data by course start date and print off in report view
I have already done one table which will store the data and also a form to input all the data into which is working all fine.
I am stuck on the last two points:

Any help would be much appreciated. im really stuck and my deadline is this coming friday...
