    Hide Duplicates

I have a report that i want to hide duplicates in, and when i do it, i am left with alot of white space between each entry. I have tried to do the "can shrink" but i think i am missing something. Thanks

It would be helpful to readers if you would give a brief overview of the purpose of the database.
I'm not sure what a MasterVendor List is when the only field is the VendorName.

THis is a database for all our vendors, when they last signed agreements, next audit due dates, etc.

Which report - Vendor/Manufacturer in Purdue El Foreign Site Annex Query 2? This report has listboxes. Listboxes do not dynamically resize. A listbox control on report rarely makes sense - I do have one report that uses listboxes to present data. However, these do not appear to do that. Why are these not textboxes? I suspect you created these controls by pulling from the Field List. This caused the controls to adopt the properties set in table. I never set these properties in table.
