Question Calculated fields on forms have quit working

I have an Access 2010 database for my church with a number of forms, and everything has been working well for two years. However, now calculated controls on all of the forms do not work. I do not get an error message, they just remain blank. I have tried deleting the controls and creating them again, to no avail. Since this is common to all of my forms, it would appear that a switch has been thrown somewhere that allows calculations to be made, but I have been unable to find it. Any ideas?

Don't need real data, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
