Newbie - form updates/table synchronisation

Total newb so apologies if this is the dumbest question ever.



I have an inventory database that is setup with 6 tables, I have created a form view to layout the information. Intially the table had 13 records, which i then appended via an Excel spreadsheet.

Issue is that the Form was created between the initial table setup and the appendage from Excel. Now that i have added all the other table records the form view still shows ONLY the initial 13.

how can i update the form to reflect the current view of the Tables?

If the form is connected to the table it will always be live. (no syncing needed)
If the table only has 13 records still, the data did not import OR its went into a different table.
If the form only shows 13 recs, and the table does not, then the table's rowsource is not connected correctly.

What is the Record Source property of the form?
