    Question Extra columns in a form_Datasheet view

    Dear All



    1. I created a query
    2.Created a form on the query
    3. I want view the records in datasheet vew, It shows in datasheet view, but there are extra columns(empty columns), which I don't want to display

    Help please...

    Delete the field from the form.

    Why would there be empty columns? You mean there is no data in those fields for all records? Why do you have fields in table if not entering data?

    Delete the textboxes that are bound to those fields.
