Calendar doesn't show

Column 3 in the form doesn't turn to yellow when no date entry and also doesn't show calendar on column 3 once selected.

Any help please...

Thanks for the link, I'm able to see the calendar icon next to column by changing the
show date picker under the property sheet and for the colour from yellow to gray I change the setting under conditional formatting.
still have one issue in the column 2 if I enter date on the gray column the access not allowed but in the column 3 if I enter date in the gray colour is allowed. anyway to change the setting on column 3 for gray colour I do not allowed to enter date.

Dear All,

I have resolve the issue from the

property sheet by changing the validation rule from FLAG_STAND=0 change to FLAG_STAND = TRue.
