    Layout Format

So Im building a Messages Database for my general manager, and as of now I have two tables, one for phone messages and missed calls, the other is for just general notes. This is mainly to cut down the amount of paper and notes she gets stuck to her door. Im trying to see if there is a way to get both on one table with the colum headings and such still on the table. That way she doesnt have to print off two sheets when it could just be one. Please help me!

Might want to look into building and saving Named Queries if you have not done so yet.

On the button where you are printing I believe all you have to do is add another event and tell it to print the other report as well.

These tables do not have relationship?

Which section of main report did you put the subreport in?

If you want to provide db for analysis, follow instructions at bottom of my post.

Right, that's the temporary locking file (.laccdb) created by Access. Need the .accdb file.

The subform container control Master/Child Links properties are set for linking on Date fields. Remove them and all notes will display. If you want the linking then the subreport needs to be in the main report detail section.

BTW, Date is a reserved word and should avoid reserved words as field names.
