2 Colors Forms Header Eye Candy

Does anyone here knows how to fill a form header in 2 colors like Microsoft does in its access examples, I have tried almost everything I could think of, but I can't really get it.

It's very eye candy, it's dark in the edges a litle bit clear in the midle, in enclosure I have attached a picture with a MS Access Database Example.

I have found the solution for this; just insert a picture to make this awesome effect, the file is glassbanner, in enclosure I will make these files available to anyone who wants to make your database more appealing.
