PLEASE Help out, Having issue with one record being passed to another constantly

Ok i have a Main form which runs the subform based upon an ID chosen. The sub form is inside of the Main form. Both are linked to a table. The sub form shows the previous entries in the table against a certain ID number and re queries with new records added. For some reason the very first entry in the Table is being passed to different IDs in the subform as soon as I refresh / close the form out.

Are their bound controls on the Main Form? When you say linked to a table, do you mean the same one? If its using different Primary Keys and or Fake Keys, are you sure they are linked correctly? First entry in table? do you mean on the form? Please explain a little clearer.
