Joining Simple fields together but getting ambiguous outer joins problem

    Hey! First post!
I am new at access (noob) and I've trying to understand outer joins problem but I am still lost. All I am trying to do is to import an excel file then do the joins method to show what values they have in common then 2 more times for what values the other one does not. I searched for info but I am not understanding how to create new quires since I am only only dealing with the identifier and then values from each column. I tried importing the file differently and still the same issue. I tried creating new tables queries but then I will get a blank query. If there are any sites or recommendations on how to do this correctly I will take them. Anything will help!
Thanks. (Uploaded the excel and database files)

if those are intended to be uploads, try zipping them up and attaching them as a single file to this board.
