    Post How to get remainder in outlook by considering the dates in MS Access

    Hi ,



    Good Morning!

    This is sudhu,

    Could you please help me in below task.

    I have a data in ms access, which includes project assigned to (ex:-ram, Shiva) , project name and project delivery date (ex 2-7-2014). The outlook should check details in ms access and a reminder(popup) should sent to the persons respectively. it should check the date to be completed and should popup a remainder in the morning (ex-10 am) on project delivery date. the project person should get a reminder on his outlook.

    Please help me on this.

    Outlook is not going to do anything.

    Run VBA code in Access to evaluate data and send emails as needed. Sending email from Access is common topic. Several methods to accomplish. For one, explore SendObject method.
