Proper Case Format Using Input Mask or Rule Validation

Is there a Input Mask or Rule Validation that would automatically or require user to input data into Access field in a proper case format? Such as “my text would be “My Text” when viewing the actual table? If so how would you do it when in Design View of Table. Thanks Everyone for the help

You could just use the StrConv() (see: http://www.techonthenet.com/access/f...ng/strconv.php) in the Before Update event of the control.
If this helped, please click the star at the bottom left of this posting and add to my reputation . Many thanks.
