    Pivot Graph in Report

Is there a way when I click on the button to grab a report that has embedded pivot graph, to have the pivot graph visible but they cannot do anything to it. Have like the fields locked on it so they cannot change it? The reason is a regular graph in the report looks horrible. Very tiny and I can only select up to 6 items in the wizard to display and Access 2010 will not let me do a summation of 2 values, only 1. The pivot I can do a ton of things, but I don't want my users changing anything displayed because if they do it retains that information in the graph form and the next person going in and doing something see's the data from the prior. If I can lock the pivot graph from changes, then on the export to Excel they can mess around with it there.

Correct, controls are typically found in Form and Report objects. Controls have members that are listed within the property sheet while in design view.

I am sorry I am really confused. I am not able to create a regular graph in Access report that allows for multiple items. Therefore, I have to create a pivot graph so they can see multiple items. Meaning, I need to be able to show multiple headers, columns and then the summation of rows and I cannot. The wizard only allows for 3. So, I did a pivot but if they change the pivot because they can see they can, then that information they uncheck, check, whatever sticks for the next user the next time. So, I want to lock the pivot just as a view I guess and cannot figure out how to do that.

How did you add your pivot thingy to the report? Did you click on something from within the Ribbon to add a control?

I went into my pivot graph subform and disabled the pivot items. They are not able to click on those now. I am sure they will still try but disabled and will put a notation that in order to do any additional pivot, they need to export to Excel.
