What exactly is it that you are trying to do and why?
If you want a table "shell", you will need to pre-define the number and names of the fields to be included.
Also, Access is not a spreadsheet, it doesn't show "blank rows/records" that have no data. It shows the current data, and it can show one blank record at the bottom where you can add a new record (and every time you add one, a new blank one appears).
Click tables tab
click NEW
click datasheet view
thanks for your reply..i have sales table and i want to design a empty table like that and when
user select the particular item then it will add in below table and we can give a printout just like invoice...mine is a retail company so i am preparing the sheet with item name,qty, sale_price. when user search for particular item then it needs to show the item name,qty,price and when he click on update or whatever it needs to add in below table or else we can print that records same like invoice...
if i am wrong then tell me if it is there any other sollution pls...its urjent.
just like grid table..
