Looking for help with Access 2010

I am working on a companies Access Database as a temp position. I was brought into fix some technical issues and improve the flow of the database. I somehow deleted the information out of the forms. It is still located in the tables in the datasheet view. How do I get the information back into the forms?

Does the form still have the correct record source, and controls the appropriate control sources? Is the data entry property set to yes?

I checked those things you suggested they all seem fine. Let me explain in more detail what happened: I was creating a new form for one the tabs in the database and deleted somethings I thought I didn't need anymore. Now I can view all the information in datasheet view under the tables section. But when I go into forms everything is blank whereas before it was filled in with the info from the tables.

Can you post the db here, or at least the properties mentioned above?
