    Expression for Time

I have to keep up with time actually worked versus time allotted. How do I write the express? Example: Allotted 1.18 (1 Hour and 18 minutes) minus Worked 2.48 (2 hours and 48 minutes. I need it to give me actual hours and minutes difference.

You are inputting elapsed time, not beginning and ending clock time?

Actually, 1.18 is a decimal representation of hours/fraction of hour. Hours/minutes normally shown as 1:18.

If you worked 1 hour 18 minutes then enter into db as 1.3; 2 hours 48 minutes is 1.8. Those are numbers that can be used in arithmetic expressions.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
