22" is the maximum width and height of a report. If you need more space try expanding your report design laterally and putting your missing data on the 'second' page of the report.
thank you but how can i add a second page in the report design ... the design view of report don't let me to do this
I just told you.... you have to artificially create a second page by either stretching the report vertically or horizontally, you have a total of 22" either way to play with.
22" x 22" is the maximum design space. Period. Non-negotiable.
Options:
Subreports
Individual report objects as 'pages'
If width is the issue, can 'wrap' the record to multiple lines. Arrange controls on two or more lines. Same with corresponding labels in header.

how can i make Subreports ? ... my bad luck that the height is the issue not the width![]()
u mean different report ?
A subreport is created by placing a subform/subreport container control on a report. Subform/Subreport container can hold table, query, form, report.
What are you putting on this report that takes up so much space?
If you want to provide db for review, follow instructions at bottom of my post.
