having trouble enabling min/max buttons in the form property sheet

Hello everyone,

I've recently purchased Access 2013 (having previously been using Access 2003) and even though in the form property sheet, the setting for min max buttons is set to enable both, there's no min/max buttons in view on my forms. Any help anyone?

What is the forms Modal property setting.

Thanks Bob. From trying different settings, it seems that in 2013, to enable the min/max buttons, I have to set the Pop up property to yes.
