I don't understand what you { } have done but it has fixed it. There again I don't understand a Nuclear Reactor but I'm happy to power up from the mains.

I think my next step will be to copy out the tables and start again from scratch. This time I'll try and get the underlying structure, Primary Keys etc. correct and de-space everything. Hopefully this will allow me to just use the Access Objects and Wizards and ignore the gobbledegeek; present company excepted!
