Hi, I need the time stamp field in my update query to output the current date/time in this format: "YYYY-MM-DD-"T"HH:MM:SS" for example "2014-02-18T00:20:20" would mean feb/18/2014 12:20 AM and 20 seconds). Please provide me the expression/function to copy and paste...

That can be done with Format function. The result is a text value, not a date/time. Why would you want to store non-date value?

Format(Now(), "YYYY-MM-DD-THH:NN:SS")
