    DB Structure and Relationships

Greetings I'm attempting to build a DB which identifies an employees training requirements based on their position level.
I thought I had it designed corrrectly but when I try and create a form it does not show any training at all.
Any help you can offer would so very gratefully received.....many thanks & regards SteveTrainDB.zip

    Hi -

I'm not sure what your issue is. You said your form does not show any training at all - what do you mean by that? The database you provided has no data in any of the tables, so of course the form shows no data.

I don't see any glaring errors in the relationships, and the tables are OK, except for Level - take the Position field out. If positions are linked to specific levels, you will need another table.

Can you provide more info on what your problem is?

    John

Thank you for having a look at this John - greatly appreciated.
I think that perhaps the issues lie in my form building. I have included some data here.
I was hoping to have a form which showed the training required as per "Employee" form.
    kind regards
