    Lightbulb Date Eligible for Promotion

Im trying to run a query where it will show me the date someone is promotable. It is based off of two different dates. They must have X amount of time in service and Y amount of time in grade. My query calculates time in service and time in grade. Now I want to have another column that shows me when they are eligible when they have fullfilled the criteria for both. Any suggestions?

Eligible for Promotion to PFC If = Time in Service plus 12 months, and Time in Grade plus 3 months

So if both conditions are true, take the last promotion (or initial hire) date and add what to that date?

Seems to me if both conditions are true they are eligible now. So filter for all records where both conditions are true and give them a promotion.

Thats what I ended up doing. The only problem is that I only know they are eligible once they have met the criteria, I would like to be able to see who is coming up for promotion without having to sort/filter.

Then back to my question: Add what to the last promotion date? 12 months? Their earliest eligibility date would be 12 months from that last promotion?
