How to list records in a subform

Hi wonder if someone can help.
I have an exspenses form with a subform added I add each expense into the subform. What I would like is when I add a new expense to have the expenses listed one after another rather than the old record dissapearing so I end up with all records added on top of each other. Hope this is explained ok.
Thanks for any help.Database1.zip I have attatched my file the form i am using is Camp Expenses etc, I am also going to do it to Enter Subs.
Thanks for any help it is much appreciated.

I can't open a 2010 file, but it sounds as if you need to change the Default View Property of the Subform from Single View to Datasheet View.

Hi Yes I changed to datasheet. Looks terrible though in datasheet view with cells etc I thought it would have been possible to have it formated etc like a normal form.

That looks just the same as form view one record at a time.
