    Form Editing

    Hello all!

Simple question, and I'm drawing a complete blank. Using access 2010. I have a form bound to a table. This is basically a check list with a check box. I want the user to be able to only check or uncheck the checkbox, but not to be able to add a record. Solution? I know it is simple, but can not seem so find the answer. I've done this a thousand times.
    Thank you in advance!

You can allow edits and not allow additions. They are two separate properties for the form. Check the properties sheet and adjust "Allow Edits" and "Allow Additions"
