    Form prints blank

    Hello,

I hace several forms I created that I would like users to be able to print out, leave off site, fill out the form and then open the form and complete it in access.

My isssue is that I added a "Print" command and the form prints out blank.

Any ideas why this would be happening?

No idea why that is happening. I usually create reports based on a form's recordset when I need to print form's. You could check to see if the form is fitting in the printer's page format.

    Hi -

If your "Print" command is a command button, what is the code that runs when you click it?

A report object is the preferred vehicle for printing.

Also, Is the form filtered to a single record?
