i have a form with subform, in the main form i have a yes/no checkbox named as return, if i click this yes/no box all yes/no box should be checked in subform.... Like Select All Option.....

Perhaps you could run an UpDate Query in the After Update event of the checkbox. You would need to use the linking field to restrict the update to just those records in the sub form. You may need to end with a Requery of the subform to show the updates to those records.
