Access 2000 Cannot Start Any Wizard

I cannot start any Wizard. If I click on New I only get the standard blank form. I checked and found these files in the /Office/1033 folder, acwzmain.mde acwztool.mde. What's going on? I loaded the installation CD and installed the Wizards again. Rebooted, no change.

That is what I tried. I found both the files in the same directory as Access.

Sorry, I don't have Access 2000 installed any more. I can only tell you what I found.

Do you install the Office 2000 Small Business Tools (Disc 2) as this site mention.

If you do, this site tells you how to remove it.

I did not install the Small Office Tools from Disc 2.

I have just uninstalled and reinstalled MS Office. The Access wizards still do not work.

    This is a wild shot.

Did you turn on the help wizard? The animated icon when you first started the access or any office 2000. I wonder if you need that active to start the wizard.

Found another website. Don't know if it will help.
