SaveAsOutlookContact Not Working

Oh, boy. Here's the thing. I have a form that stores customer information. I have a field on the form that says e-mail address. What I did was set the field to saveasoulookcontact on dblclick via a macro. However, Access produces an error message whenever i double click the field. The error says saveasoutlook contact isn't available now. I've tried to fix it for three hours. I really need some help.
