    forms and subform

I have a form (with subform) for entering Offerings for a church. Main form linked to the Subform by the Unique OFFERING_ID. It was working before when I open the form it shows all the recordS for the main and subform. The problem now when I open the form it do not show the existing records. I check into the tables the record still there. I check the relations it is fine. I not sure what i did wrong that the data is not showing. Anyone please help.

    Thanks

Is the Form's Data Entry Property set to Yes? If so, it will not show existing Records, only allow New Records to be entered; set the Property to No.

Sorry to have to bother you again. I set the form's data entry property to No. It works but when I exit from the form and enter again it did not show any record again. I change the data entry property to YES and then No to effect the change, it works again. Any other settings that I NEED to do to permanently keep the setting.

    Thanks

Change Data Entry to No and immediately Save the Form.
