need help w/compile error to open nested form-?

I have modified a database template and am suddenly having a problem with a command button on the form.

It is supposed to open a second form, called registration . I am getting "Compile Error: sub or function not defined" and can't figure it out. This is even when I try to add my own button and tell it to OnClick open the registration form.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I can upload a piece of the database if someone can tell me how to condense it down to a small enough piece.

Compact and repair the db. Then zip it. Then use the "Post Reply" button and scroll down to the "Manage Attachments" button to upload the zip file. Post back here if you need additional assistance.
