My training on SQL Server is all from the school of hard knocks, so I don't have a recommendation but I would throw out a caution. I took a network class years ago and was very disappointed. It was totally geared towards passing a certification test. It didn't teach you how to use various tools, or why you would use one tool over another in a given situation. It may have been very helpful for passing the test, but was worthless from a practical standpoint.
If you find a course, make sure it's going to teach you the "how's and why's". To compare to Access, you don't just want to know that to create a form you go to the Create tab on the ribbon. You want to know the differences between a datasheet and continuous form, the advantages and disadvantages of each and why you might use one over the other. When/why you'd want a form/subform arrangement.
