I learnt a lot from you. The thing is that I am not that familiar with the procedure/ VBA in Acess.
Not that well in it, so if I were to do with what you suggested, it would take me a bit of time to do it right.
However, I don't mind trying your suggestion when I get the chance. Also, as I was thinking
and it came to me and I figured it out and got all the fields I want with the right answer. I will post it in the other
thread.

Also I updated the database, now the bid table has it's own primary key "bidID", and foreign key "bidAuctionID" which
is related to the primary key from the auction table auctionID.
