create combo box on tab control

I need help...I have a tab control form (tabs: Employee Details, HR, Certifications)
I put a combo box on the form however, when I select the name its not pulling up the linked employee.


I looked for the link child/parent in properties can't find.

For the life of me, I can't figure how to link my combo box with my Tab Control on the form.

Can you assist what I can be missing?

I am not aware of tab controls having recordsets. Do you have a subform inside your tab control? How did you create your combobox, with the wizard?
