Remove enter parameters value pop up box

We have a database that one person created and I was trying to add additional queries, reports and macros, along with adding some command buttons and switchboard to make accessing data easier on users that are not familar with access. Whenever we enter the database now or go from design view to form view we get the pop up box Enter parameters value and it shows something about Sheet1.Facilty. I am not sure what this is about. There is a table called Sheet1 that the form is loaded from. I have looked in the properties and this same Sheet1.Facilty shows up under the data tab and Order By. We don't need this box coming up when we enter the document. If you hit ok, it will load all of the information, but it is annoying for this box to continuely coming up. At one point I had a query with a parameter, but I have since deleted all my command buttons, queries, reports and macros that I created and this box still shows up. If I delete the Sheet1.Facilty from the properties, is throws the database into a crazy mode and acts like it is loading something continuiously and is hard to close as well. Any help would be much appreciated for this frustrating thing.

Remove the RecordSource from your form and save and close the form. Then open the form again in design view and put back the RecordSource again and save and close. See if that resolves the issue.

Since you already went after the queries and macros, etc. This sounds like the next logical step.

For some reason your form is looking for the field named "Facility" in table "Sheet1". How did you delete this field from the "Properties"? Did you remove a control from a form? A control that was bound to Sheet1.Facilty

Also, try the trivial approach first
    1) Backup the database as is
    2) Compact and Repair
    3) Back up again before trying random suggestions from us helpful strangers.
