Unable to view help in Access 2013

I recently purchased Access 2013. When I'm in the Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications Window, and I click on the help (question mark) icon, I get the following message:
"Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk."

I'm running as Admin. Does anyone know what settings I need to change to view Help in VBA window?

Something similar - inability to open a hyperlink - has been reported associated with uninstalling a default browser (specifically Chrome): http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/w...a-25242ff1dfa5

That one is apparently a registry problem. Here's a fix for that problem in Outlook http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310049.

Alternately, I'd first try using F1 to open help, and see if it acts differently from the question mark.

    Thank you June7.
I followed your link, used fix-it to fix the registry and re-boot. Now it works perfectly.
Amazing how a hurried question I asked out of frustration resulted in a perfect solution.
    You are brilliant!

All I did was Bing the full error message statement.
