how does these tabs work !?!?

hello everyone,

i have some experience in access but not as a pro, and today i noticed something i really didn't know how does this work!!!
i'm working now on access 2013

some access files when opened and when i click on many tables or forms or any object they open as tabs and i cannot minize or move them!
other access files when opened and when i click on any object, they are maxmized on the access screen or i can size it !!!

Go to File > Options > Current Database
Look for "Document Window Options". Selecting "Overlapping Windows" will show objects as in your second screenshot. This applies for Access 2010 and should apply for 2013.
