    Yes No Checkbox in Query

    I've compared two fields in a query with results being Yes or No. Is it possible to convert this to a check box defaulting to yes to appear in a report? Any help is appreciated. Please be specific with direction as to where and how to accomplish.

    Many thanks.

    You want the box to show only when value is Yes? Try:

    Private Sub Detail_Format(Cancel As Integer, FormatCount As Integer)
    Me.checkboxname.Visible = Me.checkboxname
    End Sub

    Also remember that the results of a yes/no field are not Yes/No in data terms. It is always -1/0.
