Try vbWhite instead of colGrey for the True state.
Just don't understand why the first line following the last record has extra height.

Well, I'm not in front of my computer right now, But when I get home I am going to try something incredibly simple with regard to that last question and just maybe it will solve the problem. I am wondering if I were to go to DesignView and drag the divider bar that is between the field and footer areas up so that it is directly under the Text boxes, would that take care of the extra height?

Don't bother, just tried and made no difference. Just made all the other lines skinnier.
