Question Add color to text based on Value

I have a quality report that I need to add color or an icon to based on the percent score. Green for any score over 80% and yellow for a score of 70%-70.99%. I have never seen anything like this or know if it is even possible. Does anybody have any ideas if this could work. The name of my field where the score is kept is titled, "QASat".

    Thank you for your help.
