Subform Opens Dirty

I have a super simple, Main form, sub form situation. When the form opens, the subform opens dirty. In other words, the "pencil" symbol appears on the left side and when you leave the detail, it triggers the Update event. Any thoughts about what would cause this? Eddie

Perhaps you have some code that sets a value in a control when the form opens.

Bob, thanks... that was it. I looked for that before but couldn't find anything. Then I set a Watch for Me.Dirty = True for All Procedures and when I opened the Form it pointed right to it. Thanks for the help. Eddie
