I need help with working with macros?

Hey everyone, I'm working on this assignment provided in this link: http://www.cengagesites.com/academic...tutorial10.pdf . I'm having a hard time trying to do this assignment, so if anyone can they could help guide me throughout the entire lab. First off, it says use the text Portland Queries on the form's tab. Then in letter b it talks about adding a list box with a name property value of lstQueryList and so forth. Thanks and hope to hear from anyone of you soon. I'll post the lab below:

What I meant was how to create a form tab within the frmQueries form that I created. Also I'm stuck on adding a list box named lstQueryList, when you create how do you get it to display all the query names contained in the Portland database, excluding those queries that start with a "~" character? It says to use a SQL SELECT statement to retrieve the query names from the MSysObjects table (but in all of my previous assignments they never told me to create that table) so I'm a bit confused all together in this section.

    MSysObjects is a system table.

At the top of your Nav bar, right click the bar, select Navigation options then select Shoe System Objects.
