MS Access runtime not working

I have a database created in MS Access 2010. The database works fine on my machine the user uses the runtime version of MS Access 2010. When we try to run the db on her machine it opens and closes without doing anything. I've checked and there's no Active X Controls or anything not standard in Access in the DB. Anybody have an idea?
