    Unhappy Can't Click Any Buttons

    Hi,

I have a new Access 2007 database that all buttons are disabled after I open it. Can you please let me know if I need to download something to enable them?

    Thanks,
    Netchie

Is the database file in a Trusted location? If not you can add a location by clicking the Office button in the upper left, go to Access Options/Trust Center/Trust Center Settings/ Trusted Locations. From there you can add a new location (I'm telling you this from memory because I no longer have A2007 so some of those steps might be slightly different).

    Hi Beetle,

Thank you for your reply. The problem is that I am only seeing New, Open, and Exit Access when I clicked the Office button. I guess I don't have enough permission

I agree with Beetle: This is most likely a Trust issue.

If you have any other databases that work like they should, try copying yours into the same Folder as one of those and see if that solves the problem.
