    Combined subform within a report

Hi, I cannot figure out if I can link a report to a form. I am on a committee that reviews hospital surgery cases. When we review cases I project a report that has all the facts of the case that I've gathered, then we switch over to a form where we write our findings. My boss wants everything on one page. I'd do it all in one form, but the boxes that I gather info in can't grow - and some cases have a little information while other have pages worth. So I've dropped my form, as a subform into my report, but how do I get the form to automatically link to the report, I need to get the IDs to match. Right now it's just a form that works totally independently of the report.
    Any help would be appreciated!
    Thanks,
    Matt

Did you set the Master/Child Link properties of the subform/subreport container control?

Does the form work properly as a subreport? Do textboxes grow?
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
