multiple items form

I am looking for a multiple items form where the rows for record imput are set to 10 so in other sence a single form where I can stage 10 records for entry. When I am ready to sumbit that record I just click the check box and then it clears. I just do not know how to make a single form where I can stage 10 records.... I have a headache from this...It is shocking on how little information there is on Micrsoft Access....

I'm not exactly clear on the goal, but I have what might be a similar situation. I have drivers that during the day can use any of several different rates (1 hour at rate A, 2 hours at rate B, etc). For ease of data entry I run an append query with all available rates for that driver/day with zero hours. Then a form opens where the user can just tab down the hours field putting in the number of hours at any of the rates used. When they close the form, I delete any records where the hours are still zero. Is that relevant to what you're doing?
