Hyperlink to Picture opening in IE

I am usually pretty good with "the Googles" but this one has left me without any answers. I have a hyperlink field in a table that links to a jpeg. My defaults are all set to Windows Picture Viewer and when I open the pictures through Windows they open in the correct program. However when I click the hyperlink in Access it opens the jpeg in internet explorer.

So what I want to do is set that hyperlink in Access to open not in IE but in Picture Viewer. I have seen that there are a lot of others having this problem both in Access and Excel but have not seen a good solution as off yet.

You need to tell it specifically to open with your program. Set it in the hyperlink code.
