    HELP! Form data, relationship, query

Hi im not sure if this is the right place for this as im new to this forum business so i apologise if it is,

I have a problem im hoping someone can help with. I have created a database to record details of new users from a form into a table that can be exported into excel.

I have set up a table which has two fields, one containing a location that the user can select from a drop down and the second contains a code that relates to that location.

When the user picks a location on the form it adds it into another table but i need the second code to also be entered into that table but in a different field.

Is this possible and if so how would i go about it

    Thanks

    Chris

In your second table, ensure that you have a field established to receive the code. In your form, add a new control that is bound to the code field in your table. Now look at this link on how to populate that control on your form. Since it is bound to the table, it will populate.
