We use access to audit invoices, I created a form that has basic invoice information, so auditors can look at what they need to answer the review questions. all the invoices are assigned to an auditor, so nobody should be looking at the same record, as the for filters by the auditors name.

It seems like a random event to get the "Could not Update, Locked for editing" error. I was under the assumption this is happening because someone just happened to look at the same record, but now that doesn't seem to be the case. I just had 18 auditors receive the same message.



Any help would be appreciated.
